
Camp Hope 2025
Camp Hope is a week long overnight camp for children who have been exposed to trauma. Camp Hope America produces a specialized curriculum to help children learn to believe in themselves, believe in others and believe in their dreams. By engaging in traditional camping activities, children learn the skills they need to overcome challenges and have hope for their future dreams.
In addition to the weeklong camp, children are enrolled in a yearlong Pathways program where they continue to engage with the mentors from camp and participate in local activities to learn what their community has to offer!
2024 was our first year to host Camp Hope and we took 20 kids to camp!

We are excited to host Camp Hope August 3-8, 2025 for children impacted by domestic violence and child abuse in Irving, Texas. If you are interested in helping with this event, there are lots of ways to get involved!

$1,500 can send a child to camp for the week!

3. Write a note of encouragement to a camper
Notes must be received by July 25, 2025 at the
Irving Family Advocacy Center

Individual notes must be in an unsealed envelope.
4. Sponsor Pathways programming
Campers will be enrolled in year-round mentorship programming to engage with the
resources in their community and their camp mentors.
