Internship application

We’re excited that you’re interested in our internship program. IFAC interns are critical to the work we do and we value your time, expertise, and dedication to helping others.

Our internship program can be used for counseling practicum, required hands-on hours, or to explore potential careers in counseling, social work, or government services.

You will need the following items to complete the application process:

Resume/CV
Writing samples of a progress note of a client if you have one. If you don’t have one, provide a short writing sample of a report you completed for a graduate course
Contact information for two references who can speak about your clinical work
Criminal background check waiver (click to download), completed and signed with a copy of your drivers license
