The Irving Family Advocacy Center (FAC) provides hope and healing to families and children in need in Irving. We are first responders to anyone who is struggling with mental health issues, as well as those who are victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, or other violent crimes.

We offer free individual, family and group counseling; victims’ services; play therapy and art therapy for young children; and a host of other services and resources that help put our clients on a path towards restoration.

We walk alongside our clients in their journey. We give them hope and a sense of safety and security. We treat them with respect, dignity, and compassion.

What makes us different?

FAC is the only facility in Texas that integrates both the mental health component and the victims' services component through the Irving Police Department and offers services free of charge to anyone who lives, works or attends school in Irving. We are a "one-stop-shop" facility that can help victims easily navigate the legal system, with representatives from the Irving Police Department, Dallas County District Attorney's Office and Child Protective Services on-site to meet our clients' immediate needs.
